I had some trouble getting them but I was able to contact the seller regarding this. Keep in mind that they ship direct from Germany and will take at least a month to arrive. My delivery time quoted on Revain was two months, but I received it after a month. Pooh! The sandals are great! I love the style and the white color of these Birkenstocks. They just look so cool and I know they are really good for my daughter's feet. Bright white goes with everything and looks so summery. They are easy to clean, just wipe down. It is not leather but a synthetic material, what I like better. They are easy to clean, resistant to stains and the felt backing is very soft to the touch. All adjustable straps allow you to customize the perfect fit for your child. She loves them and walks around in them all day with no problem. Will definitely be ordering a different size soon.
