Suitable for a tall adult

5 stars because I don't know what else to expect from a protective gear. I'm a tall man 6ft 185lbs and they fit me. The belt is enough to fit a much larger person. I was lucky enough to wear them when I fell while roller skating. They did a good job saving my hands, knees and elbows. Definitely recommend carrying all your roller skating training/retraining gear!
