Not suitable for sticky turkey meatballs
Bought for turkey meatballs, but not very satisfied with their performance. The turkey mixture is quite sticky and I have to dip a spoon into the oil to loosen the meatballs. Which kills the whole idea of making low-fat meatballs. They work to make meatballs the same size, but I end up just weighing the meat on a kitchen scale and shaping it by hand. I have no other use for them so they are donated.
