Can 100 percent recommend as you can attach a camera or flashlight to the front of the helmet. You can also put patches on the sides, top and back which I like. It also comes with 2 pads for the inside of the helmet and linings adjustable inside to your liking and also very strong cons: it took 2 weeks to get here but that's not a fault because they couldn't control the shipping company . Pros: very durable, made of heavy duty polymer, highly adjustable, comes with 2 spacers. Overall I would recommend without a doubt
