Exact replacement with excellent customer service
There really was nothing to "dislike" about this wiper blade. It was an exact replacement and was very easy to install. It was sometimes difficult to find this wiper at auto parts stores and when I found it there it was usually more expensive. The only downside was the USPS shipping with a big delay. I didn't want to use the old rear wiper for fear it would scratch my window as the wiper blade had been ripped off by ice and snow. The seller worked with me to ensure I was 100% satisfied. And I will keep them in mind for all my future wiper blade changes.
