I didn't have high hopes for this safety shoe as the price was quite low. But after 2 weeks of wearing due to broken phalanges, it worked well and kept its structure. I'm 5ft 9" / 150lbs and wear size 10.5/11 tight shoes. I was concerned that this shoe would be too wide, but the adjustable straps handle that and it was relatively comfortable (considering the broken bones in the foot). I sprained my ankle when I broke my bones and I put an ankle bandage on with this sandal as it obviously doesn't support your ankle. But I don't need ankle support right now, so I wear them without.
