I am single and I prefer to cook according to reduced recipes so that there is no excess. The challenge is finding smaller pans and baking pans and finding things that work in a toaster oven. You really are perfect! Perfect size for roasting a small roast beef or pork tenderloin (I cut it in half, brush with fig jam/orange peel/mustard paste and then wrap in bacon before roasting) or a few lasagnes. Simply store leftovers in the same container with one of the lids (foil side down). Then just warm it up in the toaster for the second round. I used them for "bulk" prep, using the full size recipe but breaking it up into freezer portions. Simply put the lid on and place in a 1 gallon ziplock bag and place in the freezer. Remove from the freezer and place in the fridge the night before baking/serving, thaw and then prepare as usual. It's been a great investment so far and is working well.
