Align the pulleys first when installing. Position the front pulley so it is flush with the rear by using washers or spacers on the shaft. If that means going to the hardware store, it's worth it. Mine works great with a Stage 1 Predator 212 motor. I can ride my bike with no cook straps. I plan to upgrade the front clutch actuator as it gives very little which causes vibration. Proper alignment is very important for any CVT you buy. It still works great for me after several hours of relentless fiddling. Good budget setup 👍 Get spare straps for the future. I got three for $20 at the premiere.
