Great torque converter

This is a great torque converter and I fitted it to my Massimo MB200 but I had to trim the bottom a bit to allow room for the frame which was easy to do with a grinder and it was also IMPRESSIVE! big difference in top speed. Put it on your Predator 212 and stick with it for the ride.

It is great. Bought to ride a Coleman mini bike.

Great thing. Bought to ride a Coleman mini bike with a Preditor 212cc engine. It used to hit a generous 26 mph with the works clutch. With the torque converter installed it now goes up to 41 mph, and I'm no 6 foot 210 pound little guy.

Used with Predator 212cc engine. See kart after minor modification

I bought this to replace a worn torque converter on a 212cc Predator kart. It almost fit but not quite out of the box so I just drilled a sixteenth of an inch more holes and it fitted the motor perfectly. The grandkids have already put many hours into it and it works great.

Solid product on parts

I bought this for a Coleman CT200U Mini. The kit is excellent. Supplied with standard and fine thread connecting rod bolts and all necessary hardware. Reliable product and cheap price compared to other brands. If the strap works I'll take the Comet, but so far so good. The installation was a success, and power delivery to the rear wheel is more confident and smooth than the standard clutch. Texas company 👍

Wrong fasteners for several engines, they say it fits.

It's disappointing that the wrong hardware is included. Why send running threaded bolts claiming the kit fits Honda and Honda clone engines? Doesn't suit anyone. Why not send 2 sets of gear for pennies more or the right set to match the engines you have listed? I feel like I should get a partial refund as I had to run across town to buy new equipment to make this even work. I will update my review if correct.

Wrong screw thread but good torque converter

The screws supplied do not have the fine thread required for motor or shaft assembly. Luckily I kept the hardware from my old TC. I also had to use a dremel to trim the cover, it was resting on the chain. It's a major inconvenience when you sit down to install this and none of the screws fit. I used a chain 420. Update, in a few weeks with this new torque converter I can go karting well, uphill, cross country, given the inconvenience this is a good product, maybe just add fine thread screws…

Good Price Matches Transmission and Transmission

Align the pulleys first when installing. Position the front pulley so it is flush with the rear by using washers or spacers on the shaft. If that means going to the hardware store, it's worth it. Mine works great with a Stage 1 Predator 212 motor. I can ride my bike with no cook straps. I plan to upgrade the front clutch actuator as it gives very little which causes vibration. Proper alignment is very important for any CVT you buy. It still works great for me after several hours of relentless…

BajaWarrior Minibike

I bought this kit for the BajaWarrior minibike as I don't ride the bike enough to justify spending over $200 on a GTC kit made for this bike became. Overall decent quality, I noticed that the countershaft for the driven pulley bounces a bit when turning, but nothing too bad. If you are purchasing this kit for a warrior, be prepared to modify the mounting plate. I had to cut the underside of the back of the panel to allow it to sit over the bike frame.
