I just made a couple purchases from WAYCOM's online store and was really dissatisfied with the quality of the stuff I received. The jewelry appeared cheap, and the shoes I received were covered in scuffs and scratches. The shoe cleaner I bought was expired and the watch attachment I ordered was incomplete. I called customer service, and they were unhelpful and indifferent to my problems. They said it was my obligation to check the quality of the goods before buying and so refused to give a refund or exchange. WAYCOM as a whole was a terrible shopping experience for me, and I would never suggest it to anyone. My overall view of the organization has been negatively shaped by the low quality of their items and the incompetence of their customer service staff.
