I have never been so disappointed with a product that I wanted so badly. I never knew these bidets existed until I visited my brother and saw one in his toilet. It was love at first flush! It wasn't that brand. In fact, the brand he bought was $30 less, and his girlfriend had no trouble installing it in under 30 minutes. When deciding to buy one for myself I made the mistake of choosing the most expensive one. I figured if I spent another $30 I would get a quality product. NOT RIGHT! I struggled for 90 minutes installing this bidet. I had no problem installing the bidet on the toilet seat myself. It was easy. The problem was the included metal adapter that fitted the toilet cistern. No matter how hard I tried, it didn't secure the landing. From what I could see, once the rubber stopper was inserted into the adapter, there wasn't enough profile left to securely lock it in the tank. All he did was lick once the water was fully turned on. In fact, I've flooded my floor a few times trying to plug in this adapter. After 90 minutes of hell I gave up and started the refund process with Revain. was something I really, really wanted, and instead got an installation experience that made me want nothing more to do with those bidets - although I suspect the one my brother bought for $30 less is perfect would.
