The best shoes for cross training! Not all Nike shoes fit me because they are narrow, but I have had great luck with the new flexes for running and now using them for strength training.

Shoes cannot be more comfortable than these two styles. I'm glad I found them here after reading all the great reviews because I couldn't find my size anywhere else.
