Arrived with the pump cap broken off - so useless - unless (like me) you have another pump bottle to pour soup into. I have one so I managed to salvage the soap. Grateful because it wouldn't be worth the hassle Revane is putting you through to get things back now. The soap itself smells good. Light minty scent and after using it once since this morning my hands don't feel completely dry (yet). I bought this because my local stores didn't stock liquid hand soap and it was the cheapest I could find at Revain that day. I probably wouldn't buy again if it wasn't my only option, but there's no bad review for the soap itself.
