Seems to be a well designed brush but on the two locks I ordered the lock you twist to keep the head extended is of poor quality Design and with the slightest movement it opens and the thing just folds into a useless short brush that wobbles and frustrates. I ended up sealing it with electrical tape in advanced mode. The brush head should be wider. Works great so far. I've been using it for a little over a week and it works better than most other scrapers I have. I really like the pivoting brush head. Many times you don't want to push or pull the snow off the car, rather than sweeping it onto the car's roof or hood, only to have it explode again. I've had one of these for YEARS and I liked that it's small enough to easily stow in my trunk but can be pushed out far enough to do the whole thing car can reach. I needed a compact snow brush that could fit in the trunk or under the seat. This worked great because it pops out and the brush head rotates. I had no problems with the lock/expand mechanism, it may not be very intuitive but very easy to use once you get the hang of it. You just have to hold the shaft and rotate the middle black part. Firstly, the knob to adjust the head is too intrusive/high, causing problems when cleaning under the crossbars. and/or bike racks on the roof rack so it rotates when you don't want it to.
