This is a really pretty sequined cape that will complete my Flapper outfit. It looks good over a black tank top or a black T-shirt or blouse. I like that the length covers my upper arms and comes almost to my waist. The material is sheer enough so that the shirt under it shows, but isn't really totally see-through and the silver sequins are a fun glittery addition. It's very floaty and fun to wear -- I will pack it next time I go on a cruise as it's a nice cover-up without being too warm. It has a hook and eye closure at the top, but is open below that. I may have to anchor it to my blouse to keep it from slipping sideways, but that should be easy enough.
