Review on Epirus Platform by Kasey Storrs

Epirus is very easy to use, but would like to see it evolve.

The ease of use of the platform is what makes the software easy to navigate, as well as its ability to handle all aspects of the customer service department easily. It can be very difficult to find an answer when using the platform, so this is not an issue at this point in time. I have no complaints with the product itself, but would like to see it continue to evolve over time. If you are looking for a simple solution, this may be the one for you. We use Epirus for our call center. This has made it easier to keep track of everything that needs to be done for customers.

  • User friendly dashboard viewable by managers or employees themselves within their own accounts; i'd suggest having supervisors check each others' dashboards regularly! Also available via mobile phones if necessary.
  • Reports generated automatically from logs &/or user tickets without much intervention needed
  • Ability set up custom fields per account which saves tons
