The best thing about Epirous is that it provides an open platform for any business model, as long as you have the right resources to make it happen. It's not just a portal or website but a fully functional e-commerce site where buyers can buy your products and sellers can sell their products/services. There are also some great tools like CRM and marketing automation which makes running an online business a lot easier than using other similar platforms. The UI could be improved. For example, I…

  • No need expensive hosting accounts
  • Great customer support team with lots experience dealing directly from customers through chat box.
  • Lots off useful features such us affiliate tracking system & email templates creation tool etc.etc.
  • Amazing analytics data this helps me monitor what our users think! :)

Great cloud platform and solid support

It's easy to use, it has all of my accounting software needs - in one place! I like that they are always adding new features which makes them more useful every year or so for me as an accountant/bookkeeper with multiple clients who uses their services regularly (e-filing taxes each quarter is great!). The customer service can be slow at times but nothing too major there either unless you're not using your account manager very well then maybe just ask questions instead if needed help faster…

  • Being able log into this site directly via desktop computer OR phone app without having issues accessing anything required..it works 100% almost ALL THE TIME!!! No headaches here whatsoever because its simply amazing how simple yet powerful &

Epirus is very easy to use, but would like to see it evolve.

The ease of use of the platform is what makes the software easy to navigate, as well as its ability to handle all aspects of the customer service department easily. It can be very difficult to find an answer when using the platform, so this is not an issue at this point in time. I have no complaints with the product itself, but would like to see it continue to evolve over time. If you are looking for a simple solution, this may be the one for you.   • User friendly dashboard viewable by managers or employees themselves within their own accounts; i'd suggest having supervisors check each others' dashboards regularly! Also available via mobile phones if necessary.
  • Reports generated automatically from logs &/or user tickets without much intervention needed
  • Ability set up custom fields per account which saves tons
