I got this I’m a massage therapist in the relaxation feild I deal with binaural beats and frequesncies and this will make you sick! I have the worst night mares of my life vivid and terrifying … woke up groggy like I had lived through something terrible the night before. I made the mistake of falling asleep to it and oh my god ! I would like to know who writes these programs and their certifications becu if they are not qualified they need to stop. Yes this is programming your brain but if they don’t know what they are doing then they should stop. Sending back immediately!
