I ordered one for myself and my wife liked it, if so I ordered her one for her birthday. We assume it was supposed to arrive a week before her birthday but never arrived. Finally I called the day after her day and ebay immediately sent a replacement. The reason I called them instead of doing it online was because USPS never got it and calling them didn't solve anything but eBay solved my problem. Actually I still think he's stuck in transition lol. Somehow the cuff on the right arm came loose. She was disappointed, and with all the problems I already had, I decided to sew it up for her. Unfortunately I'm not Martha Stewart and it's quite noticeable but still usable so she said it was fine. It's definitely a bummer and I feel bad about it but it was so much trouble none of us want to deal with it lol. They are very comfortable and apart from their problem they look good but have deducted two stars. Although eBay's customer service was fantastic.
