Finally give up this headset

I've been using this headset for about 18 months. From the first use, everyone I spoke to said I went through it very quietly. So I talked as much as I could, but depending on the call, sometimes I just had to pick up the phone, which obviously made using a speakerphone impossible. I tried various ways to make the voice louder using the adapters that came with it, but nothing worked. It's either impossible to hear me, or just very difficult. but never easy to hear. It was easy to set up and comfortable to wear, but it just doesn't work for me. I finally give it up and find something else. I have Nortel T7316e.

Pros
  • . HIGH DURABILITY: Lightweight and durable construction, stainless steel headband, high quality speaker and microphone, durable plastic parts. Reinforced Kevlar cable withstands harsh environments and protects against office chair casters and sharp objects from heavy daily use. The competition with Plantronic and Jabra is expensive at a great price.
