These sponges are versatile.

These compressed jaws saved me time and money. Whenever I pack liquids in my purse or suitcase, I put the container in a ziplock bag with one of those little sponges. If liquid is spilled or leaked, it is quickly soaked up with a compressed compostable sponge. I also toss a compressed sponge in SpaceSaver bags when storing past seasons' clothes and in a desk or bathroom drawer, which helps keep everything clean and dry.
