It's fun! The quality is quite good, like commercial sponges (after wetting them), but it is written that they are biodegradable. Not sure about the color, although they all appear very light for a natural looking sponge, but I'll try to believe they're natural color and better for the planet... I love this product and everything this store stands for. It's actually not hard to make packaging that doesn't harm the planet in the long run and they figured it out and it's fully compostable. The compressed dry sponges look like sheets of kraft paper, then you pour water on them and bang, a regular sized sponge. They work great, love the different colors. I highly recommend this product.

These compressed jaws saved me time and money. Whenever I pack liquids in my purse or suitcase, I put the container in a ziplock bag with one of those little sponges. If liquid is spilled or leaked, it is quickly soaked up with a compressed compostable sponge. I also toss a compressed sponge in SpaceSaver bags when storing past seasons' clothes and in a desk or bathroom drawer, which helps keep everything clean and dry.

We love these sponges! They are strong and durable. They don't fall apart even with hard brushing and feel fresher than ordinary sponges.
