Very handy little device. You can tie a napkin or kitchen towel around your neck and protect your clothes from stains while eating. I bought this primarily for summer evenings when I put homemade chopped tomatoes on cold cut sandwiches. No matter how hard I try, the tomato lands on my shirt and I have to change and pre-treat the stain before washing. I have more time. You can adjust the length of this napkin clip, making it useful for everyone. It would be better if there were teeth at the ends of the metal clips to keep the napkin from slipping out of the clip, and if the clip was a little tighter. I haven't used it yet, so I don't know if it will be a problem. This is a very economical solution to a problem that plagued me every day.
