DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

WHAT HAPPENED? They used to be GREAT. Not only did the cord not tangle, there was never any static electricity on the line. I used to buy them for work but never again. After 1 year you may hear noise on the line, but I would like to replace it after 1 year. What I plugged into my phone caused INSTANT STATIC.
