10/29: 2 stars added after quick reply to my previous review They sent a replacement straight away which works great and probably used 3 times a day to grind peppers for salads Impressed with the customer service and will add extra stars in the future if the product works without problems 10/15: This seemed like the perfect pepper grinder, slim, compact and makes did the job well.I'm very nimble and played around with this thing too much, got it to work and then it stopped rubbing n, although the top turned. I don't know if the little plastic tips are worn out or what (only after a few months?). We cleaned the device, tried different sized peppercorns, but nothing worked. And it's outside the download return period. If the manufacturer wants to send another one to solve our problems, it will help and we will try again. Otherwise invest your money in a better pepper mill with metal components instead of plastic components like we are going to do.
