I've been using this hand soap in 12 oz bottles for years. It's not the same product. I immediately noticed a difference in consistency as I poured this soap from the 33 ounce container. It's MUCH thinner. The aroma of basil, which I love, is barely noticeable. I can only assume that this is a significantly diluted version of the soap I ordered. I ordered two 33oz refills (1 for home and 1 for work) both were the same so I don't think it was an anomaly. Lesson: If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is.
