My husband has a neck and lower back problems for a number of years from sitting in front of a computer almost all day almost every day. After trying this muscle massage with a gun, his problems improved significantly. My son likes to swim, after trying it on once after his intense training it's his now lol. This little machine is really easy to use and very powerful. It has different speeds and vibrations that can be easily switched with just a few touches. 4 heads connected can do most of the work. Sometimes less is better. Everything can be stuffed into a small palm-sized pouch that fits in almost any pocket. Convenient, powerful, easy to use and carry. The battery life is super long! I highly recommend this product!
