I have used the Atlas 150 in cooking classes and at a friend's house. Instead, I took the risk of buying this product because it includes a ravioli maker, which is an expensive addition. I had to choose an Italian product. This is generally a clone of Atlas but of lower quality. The pasta cutter makes clean cuts, which I've heard is a problem with other clones. The fit and finish is less than impressive. Revain's listing information says the ravioli are automatically filled and cut, although the picture shows pasta filled but not cut. The reality is that you can use the topping attachment if you're diligent in hand-filling the machine. A sheet of noodles will be produced, which you must cut by hand. The printed ravioli instructions included with this product state that once the noodles are the right thickness, the topping must be added by hand. There may be a combination of the perfect dough, the perfect topping, and the perfect technique that results in a great result, but the average user won't find that sweet spot.
