Hooray that didn't take long

I lived on this device for a full 2 days when it worked. The remote control is broken and does not work even with new batteries. Since the remote control doesn't work, it needs to be turned on/off manually and only works at low speed. There is no way to manually run it at high speed. I'm so sad!
