The head is all plastic I think. The rear doesn't sound like metal and is light. The water saver is equipped with pressurized metal tabs. You'll need pliers to pry it out. But the flows are strong and the controls are smooth, I like everything. 3. Metal braided hose and free play. The hose inside is not quite straightened by the kinks in the packaging, but hangs straight out of the packaging. Big difference from $25 Delta, no slider. The head holder is metal I believe and the locking knob is smooth (1/4 turn) and clicks securely into place. The angle is not autocratic. The corner must be fixed with a screw. The holder doesn't move smoothly and requires some fiddling to change position, but still well acceptable. The hose is thin. I had to cut a little with a pipe cutter and it bent a little. It's not a job issue, and it's not a security barrier. The mounts are heavy, although I feel the weight is a bit deceiving. I saw a metal rod inside and couldn't understand what function it serves other than a reinforcing rod because the body can be thin but the rod runs along the body and the body doesn't bend in diameter. Maybe reinforcement is a good thing. The bracket is clamped with a set screw. I don't think the entire install costs $100, but I found this (it is what it is). That's the problem I had when I bought Revain. I love what other reviewers have tried and returns are easy, but I feel like anything close to quality is overpriced on Amazon. I did not compare shops, shops or other online retailers.
