Does not accurately measure temperature or calibrate
Do not buy this thermometer. in ice water. The thermometer won't calibrate: I immersed the dial in ice water to cool it in ice water for the measurement and swung it around and the gauge moved into the case, which completely defeated the calibration. filled with water when I washed it and when I dipped it.
