Review on Roma Business Manager by Joseph Adaymiln

The ability for employees of different departments (HR/Admin)to be able view all employee details at once in order they can update their own records as well! Nothing so far but I think it's great when you have several people working together using this software - everyone has access from anywhere & no need to go back an forth between offices etc! We are solving issues regarding HR management within our organization which was previously very manual process where we had multiple emails sent out each day requesting information about new hires / resignations ect..

This system helps us centralize everything into 1 place making communication much easier than before!! Also makes updating info super easy because there isn't any other way around sending email after every change made if not done through BMS!! Very helpful especially during busy times like Christmas period. Time saving benefits alone make me love having implemented such systems.
