Acceptable alternate
I prefer Brother, but this is an acceptable alternate, especially for the cost savings. The tape cover feels more like plastic than paper, but it has the same center split, and peels almost as easily.The printing and the adhesive seem to be the same quality as the original. I can't speak for how well the adhesive holds up over time.

- The tape is not as bright as pictured, making it difficult to read
