This mirror met and even exceeded my expectations. I like the size and the fact that you can charge it from the internal power supply so you don't have to keep it plugged in all the time. The battery should last about 8 hours. I haven't fully tested this or anything by leaving it on until it dies and timing it, but I can confirm that it lasts a long time. It is very beautiful and bright and is great for many different uses. Obviously my wife loves it for makeup and I've used it for shaving and occasionally trimming my nose hair. It's made of quality materials and even has a USB port to connect your phone, tablet or any other device that actually charges via USB. The mirror has two sides, one with 1x magnification and the other with 10x magnification, which I assure you is pretty good. You won't leave your nose hair untrimmed at 10x magnification and of course it must have some useful use for the ladies who, if you are one of them, know better than I what it will be. It's a good size and portable, you can take it to any room and it doesn't need to be plugged into an outlet all the time, which is definitely a nice feature so you don't have to fiddle with cords or look for outlets. You can of course use it connected to the network. If you prefer, you have that option. All in all a high quality mirror.
