I love web straps and have 3 straps from different well known brands. They all have metal buckles and as a guitarist I should always remember to protect them so they don't scratch the back of my guitar. I saw them and thought they might be just what I need as plastic can't hurt. The buckles are smooth without sharp edges, easy and secure to fasten. I have metal that slide, these hold tight and don't slide! The buckles appear to be well made and should hold up, but it will take some time to find out for sure.
