It works and that's the main thing
Create an account (use the transponder's FLID when registering online), set the top-up amount/threshold, add a credit card, and you're done. So far so good on different boards here in Miami and next week we'll be testing it on the US east coast. Update: still works fine, tried other states. 0 issues, but shipping out of state tolls may take a little longer.
