Worked perfect for my 6yr olds costume. Basically used wire hanger and some electric dog fence flags to build a simple skeleton, taped the e-wires to them and safety pinned them to his pants and hoody. Used a separate blue one to make a happy face on a black mask (electrical tape blocked out the parts I didn't need glowing).Was plenty bright in the dark and people loved it. Each strand went to a limb and the 5th was his body/head.The only problem was that it wasn't that impressive for his daylight events like his schools costume parade and our towns downtown event so he wore his costume from the year before during those.
