This is a great shampoo if you're struggling with dandruff. Unlike most T-Gel shampoos, this one doesn't smell bad. It doesn't smell like herbal essences, but it has a fairly neutral scent while still providing dandruff control. I noticed a noticeable difference after about a week of use, after which I started using it intermittently. As a woman with long hair, I had to use more conditioner than this 2-in-1 product provides, so alternating the schedule helped maintain the benefits while maintaining my hair's beautiful appearance. Definitely recommended - the best option for dandruff.
