Review on Fairtex 95 Pound Punching Banana Unfilled by David Monaco

Great bag but filling it took a bit of trial and error. I originally bought Vigaro shredded rubber mulch from Home Depot to fill this. With a swamp, 9 bags are also possible without any problems. Each bag weighs approximately 20 pounds, which means a filled bag weighs over 180 pounds. It was too hard and tough. I dumped it all out and filled it with a combination of rubber mulch and low-density foam (don't use memory foam). What I did was line the bottom half with a cheap foam top (from a target) and fill the center with rubber mulch. I filled the top half of the bag with the rubber mulch mixture and cut out pieces of low density foam about 4" x 4" and mixed it in as best I could (you can get this foam as scrap foam/padding). After first laying down the rubber mulch, I covered the top 1 foot or so of the bag with low density foam to keep it in shape. The low density foam I added made me feel like I was kicking my thigh rather than a hard object.
