First, 5 stars to the seller. Good communication with Peter and he was quick to respond to emails and resolved my issue. Secondly, I would give 3 stars for this bike seat specifically for men. The seat itself is well made and comes with the tools needed for assembly. The seller also emailed an e-book with helpful information, including how to properly set up a bike seat. It took a while to make some adjustments, but installation was easy and straightforward. However, my main issue was that the seat was uncomfortable for me. That the front end is narrower is a plus, but the seat itself was pretty sturdy, much like the seat my bike came with. I was expecting better cushioning so that didn't work for me. I contacted Peter and asked about his other products and he suggested a bike seat for women. Third, I would give the women's bike seat 5 stars. The women's bike seat has significantly more padding and a pair of spring dampers that the men's bike seat didn't have. After installation and the first ride, I found that it was much more comfortable than the gentleman's seat or the original seat on my bike. If you want more padding, ignore the designations of men's and women's seats and opt for a women's seat. There are many reviews for both seats, both positive and negative. The reality is that everyone is different and what is comfortable for one may not be comfortable for another. I decided to purchase a Bikeroo seat should I need one because of the satisfaction guarantee. You can't always believe everything you read, but I can tell this seller stands behind their products.
