These do what you need!
I bought an 8 inch round for my Ninja Fryer (with quarantine and working from home what better time to start using my kitchen gadgets than now!). They do what they're supposed to do, but I'm not sure if they're really necessary. If you use marinade it will still be a mess. You can also just put stale bread slices in the bottom of the basket and let them soak up the mess. Also, for Ninja at least, the fryer is very easy to clean and I just use a little Dawn Powerwash and give it a good clean with a plain tea towel.
