Review on Chaco ZCLOUD Womens Sandals Oculi Men's Shoes and Athletic by Josh Cardoso

I wear size 8.5 shoes and usually size 8 sandals as I have a narrow foot. I ordered 8 of these and it's really odd as the insole under the back strap on the outer edge of the sandal (opposite side of the arch) flexes early under the heel as if it were another arch on the other side. So it digs into my heel. I also ordered 9 but I suspect it will be too long as 8 is already oversized. And the back strap behind the heel is not adjustable and has been loose on me since I was 8. And I have a narrow foot and I've never needed a wide one in my life, sometimes I need a narrow one. Does anyone else have this problem?
