Not satisfied best in household cleaning

There wasn't enough pressure to get to the eaves of my one story house so it was utterly useless. In fact, there was no pressure at all, and water pressure is required when cleaning dirt and mold. I use Windex that attaches to a hose to clean windows and it gives me a lot of pressure so it's not my hose or my house's water pressure. Very disappointed. I didn't get my money back because I waited too long to use it. My fault but I want the seller to give me an answer as to why there wasn't enough pressure.
