My wife gave it to me last week and I'm still impressed with it. I exercise and lift weights regularly and for the past few days my muscle pain has been killing me. My wife gave me this last week and it literally feels like heaven. It provides a deep tissue massage and helps relieve muscle spasms when used with the right attachments. Although I would advise against using it continuously for more than 10 seconds in one spot, keep it moving. Overall it is very nice and will save my massage cost. Please note: the attachments are made of hard plastic, so if you have sensitive skin, be sure to apply ointment or petroleum jelly to the massage area.
