So the secret is bigger, isn't it, Mom!?): 4 cubes butter, softened 2 heaping cups dark brown sugar (wrap and then fold this shizu) ½ cup white sugar 2 Tbsp vanilla 1 ½ tsp salt 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder 3 eggs 6 cups flour 1 bag chocolate chips (semi-sweet or sweet) Hand-mix all ingredients except flour and chips (hand-mixing tastes better, trust me). Then add flour and chips and mix by hand. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes on an ungreased baking sheet. Enjoy your jewels. Note: This makes a lot of cookies so you can cut the recipe in half.
