Well the rubber grips go on glasses frames (temples?) with some difficulty; really had to push and wiggle the things and still couldn't get them very far onto my frames. Once on, they refuse to come off, so I guess that's good. The metal loops are an interesting idea but in my case they stuck out away from my head, so I can only suggest buying the smaller size even if you have a pretty big head. kind of like shoes, these things run larger than you think. Since the grips provide some improvement, I decided to keep, so I cut off the wire loops and now my glasses don't slip as much as they used to. But still. a weird (wired?) solution, so I can only suggest there's got to be a better solution.
