Only 1 sock! This must be stated in the product description. If you have bilateral ankle problems, you need to buy two. You can get a pair from another manufacturer for less, with the same or better support. I have purchased another pair of ankle braces that offer the same or better support. I liked the color but not worth the higher price for 1 sock. Although the color is beautiful. This sock is rated approximately 4 stars, however 1 star is deducted as only 1 included sock should be listed in the product description.
