Don't buy if you want 144Hz
One of the first things I did when assembling my computer was to check the display settings for this monitor. I've seen him do 1440p or 2k and it was really good. Then I tried changing the refresh rate but only 60Hz. I looked at all the refresh rate options for this monitor and it only does it at 1920 x 1080p which is blurry when I change it. Don't buy if you want games with high framerates and performance.
