We have been working with grape vine for over 4 years now as our primary contact center provider; they are very professional to work alongside of! They always go above an beyond when it comes time provide service or resolution issues that arise during normal business operations/day-to day activities - this really sets them apart from other call centers we've worked at before (and I'm sure there's many more out their than us). The only thing i dislike about GVMT was some employees were not able nor willing enoughtly listen to customers concerns without interrupting conversations etc.. This has since changed so its no longer something you should worry too much abut anymore!! If your looking into getting someone who will take care off all aspects regarding customer satisfaction then look towards gvmt first.
