TV cannot be positioned sideways

I used this mount to mount a 42"/22lb TV to a pillar in my basement. Installation was easy and the instructions are clear. This mount has however a design flaw/missing feature as the TV always sinks down to one side or the other due to the weight of the front TV and its rotation - depending on the position of the arm at the back causing the arm to sag. TO-SIDE TILT ADJUSTMENT so the tv is never level anyway. This is REALLY annoying. The only way to get the tv level right is to intentionally put the mount on the opposite plane. The way the tv sags, but that only works if you don't plan on swinging the TV to either side on your arm n.Overall I am very disappointed and frustrated with this TV mount and do not recommend it.
